Cannot get anyone on the phone and if they do finally answer after several calls you are put on hold for no less than 10 minutes .
Dr.Lockett Patrina is very knowledgeable and caring with friendly staff.
Dr. Lockette and her staff including Takara, NP at Laurel place are wonderful. They treat me with respect and dignity, are very thorough, and compassionate in treating my complex medical needs. We need more doctors and staff like them.
Update 6/12/25... Was in time for my 12:40 appointment with Dr. Patricia Lockectt (1st time) Only waited 10 minutes in waiting room. Nurse set me in the exam room, took my vitals and said there's only 1 patient ahead of me. Well... an hour later she comes in and spends 10 minutes in a hurry manner. One hour with the female patient b4 me. In and out of her room. It's not like a surgery is being performed which I could understand, but she's a GP. This is "NOT" acceptable. 8/2024...
