On hour number FOUR of waiting. There is genuinely only 7 other people in here. There is no reason for it to run this poorly. The new look to the Emergency Center isn’t what Albany needed…what we needed was better leadership that wouldn’t make this such a painful process.
Had to visit this ER last week unexpectedly, while in town on family visit. The staff in the ER were great honestly about 45 from walking in hurting to being in treatment in a room. Great hospital for in my opinion.
