Horrible professionalism. All workers talk to patients like trash. And they try to prescribe you with everything you don’t need. Only came here because my incident happened late at night and didn’t want to drive 50 min to the only other open ER. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

I can say from personal experience i was brought from aspire and treated like shit by the doctor himself. The nurses were respectful except for one who was on steroids. The actual doctor screamed in my face and one swole nurse threatened me. I wish the doctor or swole nurse would've put hands on me because they would've been the ones who needed medical assistance. This was during covid

I took a family member in for an emergency. The staff was very courteous and responsive.

Each time I have gone to the Phoebe Putney Emergency Center, first as a child and now as a parent, I knew my family and I would be treated with respect. The best medical care would be given to me and every patient. The staff truly cares about each and every patient! I grew up with some of the staff, and the years melt away until its time to explain what medical procedure is needed and why. Then I see the years of study that makes Phoebe among the best Hospital in Georgia, and the USA and beyond!

The physician that prescribed him medicine not even license in the state. Called this hospital to ask why would they have a physician prescribing medicine that's not license. NOW MY SON STILL DOESN'T HAVE HIS MEDICINE. He IS BREATHING WEIRD. THE HOSPITAL SAID GIVE ME 15 MINUTES TO TAKE CARE OF THIS.. NEVER CALLED ME BACK!!!! I'M PISSED PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE EVER WHEN I FIND THE RIGHT NUMBER TO REPORT...IM REPORTING THIS HOSPITAL NEEDS TO BE SHUT ALL THE DOWN!!! They didn't even deserve ONE Star From me
