Each time I have gone to the Phoebe Putney Emergency Center, first as a child and now as a parent, I knew my family and I would be treated with respect. The best medical care would be given to me and every patient. The staff truly cares about each and every patient! I grew up with some of the staff, and the years melt away until its time to explain what medical procedure is needed and why. Then I see the years of study that makes Phoebe among the best Hospital in Georgia, and the USA and beyond!
The physician that prescribed him medicine not even license in the state. Called this hospital to ask why would they have a physician prescribing medicine that's not license. NOW MY SON STILL DOESN'T HAVE HIS MEDICINE. He IS BREATHING WEIRD. THE HOSPITAL SAID GIVE ME 15 MINUTES TO TAKE CARE OF THIS.. NEVER CALLED ME BACK!!!! I'M PISSED PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE EVER WHEN I FIND THE RIGHT NUMBER TO REPORT...IM REPORTING THIS HOSPITAL NEEDS TO BE SHUT ALL THE DOWN!!! They didn't even deserve ONE Star From me
The ER nurse left me a a room for hours to basically die. While their nurses station was 10 feet away chracking jokes. My husband heard my screams of pain from 300 yards and ran to check on me, my lips were blue at this point. Aubrey my " nurse " lied to my about the perscriptions that were being called to the pharmacy when I went back to confront her she refused to speak to me. Not worth the time!!!
My mom was brought by ambulance with chest pains and breathing problems. Sat in the back for 3 hours and saw no one. Had to take her to Tifton Hospital
