My first and only interaction with Dr. Phoebe Mcleod, PHD, when she was employed at the Dorn VA Medical Center in Columbia, SC. As a U.S. Army Veteran I was diagnosed by the VA as having PTSD steming from a racially motivated attack and head injury dating back to 1977.
