Though the home inspection company they recommended missed some things (cockroach infestation and broken swamp coolers), the PHOCUS team was otherwise there for me through the whole process. They drove me around town, bought me two meals (!), and was in constant communication with me at a time that was very stressful and worrisome. Ted was especially great. And I love my new home! If ever I'm in the market again, these guys will be my first call.
