Good but not great. I enjoyed it enough to go back. A bit pricey. Must drink beer out of bottle. No glass to pour them in unless you want a hard plastic buffet style glass.
We love the Boba tea!! The Spring Rolls are Haley’s favorite. So delicious!!🥰
very happy that we found Pho 38 today. this is a great little restaurant. very clean modern dining room with excellent service. the food is fantastic. they use the highest quality ingredients and all their dishes and it shows. they're steamed dumplings are delicious they practically melt-in-your-mouth. we tried the pad thai and lemongrass chicken over noodles today and both were delicious and large portions as well.. and I'm looking forward to trying many more of the interesting dishes on their menu.
Beautiful clean restaurant with warm patient welcoming staff, awesome Bubble Tea and tasty food!! I HIGHLY recommend the Great Rolls♥️♥️ We will be returning!!

this was our 2nd visit. the pho is great. you get appetizer, beverage and pho for $10 or $13 depending on ingredients. the servings are plentiful.
Phenomenal Pho, Pad Thai, egg rolls, spring rolls...I haven’t had anything I haven’t thought amazing yet! I came in at 8:30pm and they close at 9, they took us happily and provided wonderful service well after closing for us! This is my new favorite place to go!
RecommendedThe Thai Curry soup is out of this world! So delicious, I'm addicted. If you like spicy, you have to try it!
RecommendedI would definitely recommend this place!!! I got here sometimes a couple times a week and just love the chicken thai basil a d the chicken pho soup! haven't been disappointed yet
