Everything we had today was simply amazing. It is truly difficult to find stand out restaurants in a city that is overrun my mid level chain restaurants, but Pho Viet is truly a gem. Food is fresh and delicious and the staff is friendly. This one will be on my regular rotation when I’m in Gonzalez.
I liked the boba a lot - plethora of topping options. I liked the funkiness of the interior design. I liked the food, simple easy and great addition to the options in Gonzales.
Food was pretty decent. The server was very nice but once the food hit the table… we were basically invisible. Slight mixup on items ordered but it was no big deal. Most likely communication error on my part. Bill reflected items brought to table.
