RecommendedCame here (Folsom location) while waiting for the DMV. Sooooo good. I got the Mixed Veggies made spicy. It was delicious! So delicious that my boyfriend went to go get himself something off of their extensive, diverse, and unique menu! He got the Thai Drunken Noodle, it was also delicious! Excellent food, prices, and service!
Pho Vegan is so excellent in terms of food, service and now locations! So happy to have them in Folsom! Their food is so delicious, their menu is extensive, and they are so friendly! Seriously the sweetest people and I’m always so happy to support them. My favorite dishes are the Spicy Noodle Soup, fried rice with tofu, wontons, and “egg”-rolls. Yum!

Insanely good food.. but even better service. I will always support this place! Employees put so much effort into the food, they are so sweet. Would absolutely recommend (: My boyfriend is not vegan but LOVES the teriyaki mock chicken and rice.
When we leave CA in a few short weeks the only restaurant I am going to sincerely miss is Pho VEGAN-Asian Cuisine. They have THE BEST Asian food even if you are not vegan. It is just incredible. Taste is amazing, not overly salty like other Asian places and you don’t feel like crap 30 min later like the others. It is clean good food made by a husband/wife who are so incredibly sweet and caring.
