Excellent Vietnamese – I have eaten vietnamese food in Vietnam, 5 continents and many top vietnamese restaurants in the world, Pho Hoa is a jewell in the Rochester Area. The food is excellent, the service is excellent and the Pho is fantastic. Rochester is very lucky to have a quality Vietnamese Restaurant, run by a hard working family.
