Gross! First time ever that I could not finish the food After a day at the beach, my friend and i were craving pho--since we were already in PB--figured that this would be convenient. I'm usually pretty skeptical about trying out new vietnamese food places as I am Viet and are very critical about he taste of the food. Since it was getting late and we were both starving and too lazy to drive anywhere outside PB--we settled for this new place. YIKES!

Pho Sao Bien Vietnamese Rstrnt is okay. We tried Pho for the first time here last week. The food was good and fairly priced. However, the lunch menu options were a bit unclear on what was served with the special and we ended up not getting what we thought we were. Good restaurant, but not great.
