I discovered Pho Roswell after moving back to the Atlanta area ten years ago. The food is consistently great and authentic. I usually have the medium bowl of shrimp pho or beef pho, with fresh rolls with shrimp as an appetizer. The family who owns and runs the restaurant are welcoming and warm. Can't beat the experience. I feel sorry for the folks who come in with friends and family members who love the pho, but who stick to the more conventional menu items. The stock made for the pho is consistently awesome!

Ordered the pho combo with 3 meats but I told them no to put ligament/tendant. The food came and there was a lot of tendants in it. She took it to the kitchen and they basically picked most of the tendants out of my bowl and gave it right back to me.... When I told the owner there were still tendants, she said it's fine, they must of just missed a few..(which shouldn't have been there in the first place).. tried to send it back because I ate a tendants and lost my appetite and said I still have to pay either way.
