The service is absolutely phenomenal! I had to send back my first order of Kalshi beef because it was so tough it was impossible to eat. I had to rip out pieces with my teeth and hands. The idea of such an etiquette in this nice restaurant was unappealing to me so I sent it back. JJ was so lovely and swapped it for pho.
