The papaya salad is out of this world and so is the pad kee mow. Wide noodles are made fresh in house. Easily the best I have had in all my travels! As for the staff, so friendly and welcoming!!! Two thumbs up all the way!!

Pho Lotus was an excellent dining experience from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pho Lotus is a fantastic spot for delicious Vietnamese food! The pho was flavorful, fresh, and comforting, with great-quality ingredients and a wonderful balance of flavors. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere made the whole experience even better. Everything came together perfectly. Highly recommended!

Excellent Thai and Vietnamese dishes and large portions. We returned a second time during our visit to Anchorage. Chicken Larb very tasty as was the Pho with meatballs. Second time we had the Thai green curry, spice level 2 and the Ka Prah Kow chicken. A large serving of steamed rice included for each at no extra charge. The servers were very friendly and welcoming. I recommend you try this restaurant. I think two dishes can easily feed three people with a normal appetite. Lol.
