#N1 is SOOO GOOD
i liked the chicken and glass noodle soup (the broth was amazing and the meat was tender), but next time i will ask for less onions (so many!) and for steamed (instead of the usual raw) bean sprouts.

Pho Long has a great variety of great tasty, savory Pho. You can create your own kind of Pho that makes you want to come back everytime. Although the restaurant is very small but it gets great business. It has been open less then a year. The owners that i have talked to have told me that they are still expanding their menu. But as for now their is Pho and other noodle soups that are suitable for everyone. :)
