Pho Ha has great food and excellent service! The owner always comes to talk to his customers which is why we come back all the time. We love the pho but we're trying all of their other items like the delicious pineapple fried rice and stir fried mixed vegetables. Yummy! Highly recommend this unique and hospitable restaurant.
The food is incredibly flavorful and the portions are perfect! I love that they are open late! It is the best pho place I have had in the area.

I’ve been to dozens of Pho restaurants in my life. Growing up in Seattle the Pho scene really started booming when I was 13 or 14 but you had to go to the U-Dist to get it. I’ve had Pho in several states including WA, AZ and CA. Of all of the pho places I have been, Pho Ha is the best Pho I’ve ever had. Their soup is so flavorful. I had the Ox tail Pho. I used to like Pho' Ha. Went there frequently. Now that they remodeled, the portions are half the size. Went there yesterday and ordered brisket and eye of round. The girl repeated my order to me and guess what I got. Brisket and TRIPE. Didn't have to pay but it was disgusting looking. Was still hungry when I left. Not going there anymore! Than Brothers is 10 times better.

One of the best Pha restaurants I have been too, the owners are nice people and they have decorated nicely with the rustic wood and Honda 70.
