I placed a takeout order at this restaurant and chose not to leave a tip. When I got home, I discovered my pho was missing all the vegetables. I always tip 18% to 20% when dining in, but I do not tip for takeout. It feels like my food was intentionally compromised or neglected because I didn't leave a tip. This is a terrible business practice and makes me question their food handling safety.
Absolutely hit the spot. I love the spring rolls and their pho broth is outstanding! So clear, savory, and flavorful. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and the service was friendly and efficient. Will definitely be a regular here!
