The rare beef (wagyu) is very good and the broth is also ok. However, the well done briskets is very chewy and was not cooked long enough. $23 for a Large pho does not make sense considering the small amount of meat, bean sprouts and noodle served. Even you have lots of money to spend for quality wagyu beef, I still wouldn't come here until they cook their brisket properly.
The pho here was tasty, and the Wagyu buttery. Got mine with fresh noodles. That took it up to another level.
Pho here is great with good beef selection. Little more pricy vit you'll get good cut of beef. Specially rare. Only down side is when order to g, they are skimpy on the meet side even though I ordered size large . And it did comes with any dip sauce.
