I came here with my family and ordered 2 bowls of bun rieu with a side of small bowl of rice . I only received one bowl of bun rieu and I didn't get my rice . When I asked about where's my other order, the lady (I'm guessing she was the owner) came at me and bickered saying she thought I was ordering for my boyfriend . Regardless if I ordered for whomever, I specifically told her I wanted 2 orders of it . My family even heard me . Instead of apologizing, she came at me wrong . Bought my family in to eat. We waited about 10 minutes to be served. I guess the lady didn't hear my sister said 2 orders of bun rieu after we had our food served. We also ordered the spring roll with fish sauce and the fish sauce didn't taste right. She came out all rude and disrespectful because she wrote down 1 order of it. The bun rieu and pho wasn't really much of flavor anyway. I'm not impressed. I wouldn't recommend eating here.

I’ve only had Pho a few times but I love it! Food is great , service is good to start with but once you’re served no one comes and checks on you again. Need a little work on that but otherwise everything was nice n tasty!👍🏼
Great spot for a good meal! Large portions served and very good prices! Nice staff too! We will be back when we’re back in Jax.
