I always love coming to Pho95 and today my experience was something worth sharing. While we were eating, a gentleman who appeared to be homeless came into the restaurant sharing that he was cold and hungry. My heart warmed when I saw a number of the Pho95 staff give him a mask and offer him a soup. I overheard them talk to him, they treated him with such kindness. I’ve done a lot of traveling and tried a handful of pho restaurants. This was my first time to Denver and also my first time trying Pho 95. I got to say, I’m pretty disappointed with the flavors. However, customer service was great! The restaurant is very modern with nice atmosphere.

Found worms in food and proceeded to tell the manager who said he wouldn’t refund because he didn’t know where it came from. Like we brought it in ourselves. Health department needs to go in and shut this place down.
Well this was a second chance for this restaurant I was there the manager forgot items that I ordered and wanted me to drive back and get them, he then proceeded to lie to me, he then hung up on me, he then told me the manager's name was koi and that is not the managers name and this is the second time the staff has been rude and unprofessional! THE BEST PHO EVERRR. I have been coming here for ~10yrs now, and it is nothing short of spectacular every.time. They set themselves apart with their own very special recipe for ‘veggie broth,’ a savory and distinctive taste that‘s guaranteed to keep you coming back for more.
