YUM This place has the best pho in orange county, hands down. Well, maybe with the exception of Pho Kimmy. The restaurant is clean unlike most Pho restaurants and the food is consistent. It's always good. Go and try!
Great Place but... Great food most of time, but I agree with the previous reviewer. The soup tastes great between 8am to 4pm. In the evening the soup is very oily and has a yellowy thick look and tastes oily. Love the food, but have to wait to get in during the peak times for lunch and dinner. Best time is around 11am. The short bald headed waiter with the glasses is awesome. He knows what I want before I sit down. Food is ready when I sit.
Pho Every restaurant has its up and down, so does this one. This may be one of my favorites, but there is no guarentee. sometimes the soup is superb sometime taste like water....I guess whether or not it tastes good is dependent upon the chefs mood?... there will be lines on weekends and lunch time....
Best Rice Noodle Around Pho 79 is a great place to eat rice noodle. They are the best in the Vietnamese community. For under $5, you can get a train bowl, which is the biggest bowl you can get with combination of meats and vegetables. If you havent try rice noodle, you havent live to your fullest yet.
