Used to be my go to spot for pho but recently the chef mustve changed. Taste completely different. Wish they would bring back old recipe. Beef smells and is very tough and discolored. Thinking its old.

I had a fantastic experience at Pho 25. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and the service was efficient and friendly. The food, however, was the real standout. I ordered the lemongrass beef with rice, and it was excellent. The beef was tender, perfectly seasoned, and had a great char that packed a ton of flavor.
