Pho 2000 is in the middle of of Little Vietnam in SF, and fills the the small space with a clean, pleasant vibe. Like most soup/noodle dishes, its all about the broth. This place rocks, the servings are great, and the veggies are nice and fresh and crisp. Its got a lot of competition close by, but holds its own.
