The service and the atmosphere were great. I'd never had Vietnamese food but enjoyed trying it. Highly recommend the crepe appetizer, spring rolls and steamed dumplings.

Pho 20 has the worst bubble tea ever. It was 75% ice and extremely watery to start with. I asked them to remake it with out ice and he said if he did then then the cup would only be half full. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The service was terrible and so was the drink.
The meal? Delicious! The atmosphere? Purely delightful! Everything from the demeanor of the waitstaff to the presentation and execution of the meal cried excellence and showed a dedication to fine cooking. If you ever have a chance to eat at this wonderful establishment, add some kimchee to your Pho and thank me later!
Great food and fantastic service. Will definitely visit again. Would be a nice place for a first date or out with family.
