Started an amazing, new abs class with coach Raquel Farrington at PHNX. Challenging and targeted - 45 mins of pure core, with a great community. Quick, visible results. Loving my “Abs by Raquel”!!!
I truly wanted to love this place, but I'm leaving this review as a warning to new members. I enrolled here two months ago in the hopes of achieving my fitness and wellness goals while being a part of a kind and supportive community. Most of the classes have been great, with experienced coaches. However, my time here abruptly ended due to poor management from the office manager and coach, Lauren Johnston. Excellent group fitness gym with knowledgeable coaches! Great vibes and challenging workouts
The vibes at PHNX are immaculate. I finally found a gym that makes me feel 100% comfortable, 100% of the time! PHNX is a gym that really is for everyone and the environment makes working out fun and functional! Each instructor has their own unique approach to training and the programming allows me to get the most out of my time for working out each week.
