Having spent time in Cambodia I can not begin to tell you the excitement I felt when A, I found out there was a Little Cambodia when I was visiting Long Beach, and B, that a place like Phnom Penh Noodle Shack exists. The food was stellar. I haven't had noodles this good since I was at Psar Chas in Phnom Penh last year. We had the RP Bowl, Mo's Special plus an order of Chinese Broccoli, and Nohm Hing. Left very full and very happy. We have one more week in the area so we plan on coming back. អរគុណ!
