We have been renting for over 3 years already, Everything about the property are amazing, The kitchen is really amazing updated with all stainless steel appliances, updated light fixture. The whole house completely updated with crown molding, 100% tile floor. The price is fair. Over all , I would highly recommended. If anyone need help looking for rental should contact This company, this company own a lot amazing houses that completely redo everything! This company would be definitely make feel like your own home !

I spoke with Simon and scheduled a viewing of his property at() on Tuesday before Thanksgiving. I went Wednesday to sign the lease agreement. He then informed me that instead of pro-rating the rent and the deposit before signing the lease I would need a full month's rent and the deposit which came to about 1850.
