Don’t bother, just go to your doctor’s office for your blood draw. Scheduling was a nightmare - I was hung up on several times and countless messages were left unreturned. When I did finally schedule an appointment, they called 15 minutes before and said the phlebotomist didn’t show up that day. Unbelievably terrible service.
This is the worst company. I tried contacting several times for a blood draw. No response to any of my phone calls. They do not answer and you are always redirected to voicemail. I gave up and contacted the genetic testing facility and they gave me another provider to work with for this. As this was a terrible waiting experience I felt compelled to write a review so that others can completely bypass this company and find someone else to do the mobile blood draw.
