Philip did an awesome job giving me icy and cool highlights on my dark brown hair. The salon is very convenient and has plenty of parking. Happy to have found Phlair Salon!

Oh my goodness I LOVE my hair. Philip did an amazing job. It’s exactly what I wanted. He was so helpful, fun and so knowledgeable. My hair feels so soft and looks healthy despite it being bleached. I’ve gotten so many compliments from my coworkers, friends, family and even strangers! When it comes to dyeing my hair, I will only let Philip do it. 10/10
