Dr. Nguyen was very short and quick with me, pushing me out of her office with a sample for probiotics and a flyer of foods not to eat and diagnosed me with IBS in less than 10 minutes. I received the bill for this less-than-10-minute visit for $350. When I called to inquire about why this bill was so high, I was treated rudely. I inquired about a payment plan and was told this was not an option. I would NOT recommend this doctor to ANYONE!
You do not have your front desk Receptionist call patients with test results. Conversation went like this " your test results came back and you have cancer cells...the doctor would like to see you in about a year". UMMMM what?
