I enjoy coming to this gym. The Boot Camp, Kettlebell and Mobility classes are just what I need to strengthen, tone and increase my flexibility. As an older member, I don't feel out of place. The staff and fellow members are encouraging and have high energy, We really love it here.

The spin class, and the gym in general, is unlike any other fitness/wellness experience I have had. The energy and camaraderie is very palpable. You owe it to yourself to check out Shock Fitness Studio.

Found my gym family! The coaches and members make it easy to stay motivated. They offer a variety of classes—from strength training, spin, bounce, to yoga and boot camps—so there’s always something new to challenge you. The workouts are structured, the energy is unmatched, and the results speak for themselves. If you’re looking for accountability and community on the southside, this is the place.
