If you are into group fitness classes (HIIT, spin, etc) then yes this is the place. That being said they are pretty one dimensional musically (urban, hiphop, rnb). Regarding the open gym (weightlifting and resistance) setup is pretty limited and the machines are older and not necessarily labeled correctly or at all sometimes. Being on the heavier side and making the decision to seek help with my weight loss journey can be very intimidating. But stumbling upon this gym has truly been a blessing. I'm almost convinced that's is the best gym in Atlanta fo real. I'm battling some things however the staff is inspiring as heck. I actually up now planning my membership guys I appreciate it.
