If you’re looking for a great gym with dynamic, high-quality classes, I highly recommend Shock Fitness. I started attending their beginner spin class a couple of months ago, and while it’s labeled beginner, it’s still challenging and well-structured. The music is great, the energy is high, and the class keeps you fully engaged. Jacqueline McGee is easily one of the best spin instructors I’ve had in over 25 years.
