Stay Fat Far away from Phipps Sunnyside Garden Apts.After working for a Gas utility for close to 35 years and having worked in NYCHA Projects all over Brooklyn and Queens, I would say that 95% of the projects have better maintenance that the Phipps. It is not the fault of the understaffed, hardworking maintenance workers at the Phipps. The fault is entirely because of Adam Weinberger and his manager Douglas Hanau.
