This store is incredibly disorganized and slow. I love Philz and I don't live near one so normally I would enjoy a drink from here, but I was sitting and waiting for 15 minutes after placing an order at the counter and when I checked they had not even started making on my order and it seemed like they didn't even know where my order was. This place has the most bizarre, seating and table and couch, height and depth. The high tops have chairs that have no resting place for your feet and your feet dangles. The leather couches they have sinks down too low and it is so deep that you cannot rest your back and you are just slumping. And the side wall has tables that are too low and the cushions are uncomfortable. We are from the east coast, my wife had never been to Philz before. AMAZING customer service, great and unique choices for coffees, ditto for pastry selection. We are already planning what to get tomorrow morning. If you are a true coffee lover, and you have never tried Philz, do yourself (and your taste buds) a favor and GO!
