Second time in, good product, but don’t need the attitude or disdain as I don’t have hair dye or cool look. Not all staff behaved this way, but the people making drinks should not be negative in talking about others and dismissing others

Stopped by Philz today for a hot chocolate, and it was really great! Staff was kind and considerate; very passionate about what they do. Modern inside with a comfy seating area. Great stop in Chicago!
