Waited 30 mins in an empty cafe for a black coffee only for the lid to be loose. Full cup of coffee btw.
I love all Philz locations. This one is great but you have to bring your own napkins from home. As opposed to other locations, here they have you ask for napkins every time you need one. That can be annoying, especially if you go there with kids. There's always a line so it's not like it's easy to ask for one. I still enjoy my bring-your-own-napkins Philz.
