Incredibly slow and lackluster coffee. For a place that specializes in pour overs you'd think they would know how to make one. Guess that's why they don't let you see them make it
Ordered one very simple coffee at 14:16 knowing my train is coming at 14:24 with a 30 second walking distance to the train station. 2-3 orders ahead of me but the store was very very slow and quiet. At 14:23 I heard the train approaching and still did not see my coffee and even overheard the cashier told the barista 'i think you forgot the jacobs', she realized then made the coffee with 0 apologies at 14:25 and now I have to wait for another 30min for my train. GET A BETTER EMPLOYEE.
