It was my first time there and it was amazing, best coffee and the barista was so friendly. I became a fan and will be trying more different flavors!
Horrible customer service, for some reason it takes 10 minutes to make a cup of coffee, then when they hand you a not full cup and you ask them to top it off they say no. Corporate greed!! I thought this was a local shop I was going to for my first time ever going to Philz Coffee and I know I’ll never be back…the real about them now. With no line in front of me my drink took amost 20 minutes for a dirty chai that was main poorly admitted to by the barista. Saying she's never done one before and you could tell. Also why is there mint in my coffee. The cashier was friendly and nice I'll give them that. But the rest is not worth coming back to
