Baristas don’t greet or welcome you in, and they have a rude tone when asking about your order. If you’re in the business of serving others, do better.
Paper straws and paper cups and couldn’t use a plastic cup for an ice drink because there only for matcha drinks. Worse place ever and coffee tastes horrible!
Drinks may be OK but it takes these guys FOREVER to make them. 20 minutes wait for a simple drink, with only a few people in the store and 5 staff behind the counter. To the owners: send your staff to Italy for proper coffeeshop training, it will be your best investment. I ain’t coming back until then.
