I love Philz Coffee and have had great experiences at other locations, but this was my first time visiting this particular spot. There was no line when we arrived, but we ended up waiting several minutes before anyone took our order. Two baristas were engaged in a personal conversation and didn’t acknowledge us or other customers who had started to gather.
