Great mocha and quick service
Subscribed to Philz's account from France, I was eager to discover their cafes here! The "friendly" attitude of the brand stops at Instagram. I found a cold and unfriendly waitress here. Not a hello, not a smile. Nothing. An ignorant attitude to finally answer my question with a categorical no regarding the availability of a drink. Then when I spoke to her, she simply ignored me, so I left the cafe without any purchase. This place is awesome, a little cool today, out for my 5 mile hike in the concrete jungle of the Windy City, Chitown needed a pick me up. The coffee is almost as pretty as the Barriesta, Avery is a genius at the coffee shop, she recommended the Gerrdeli chocolate Mocha light on the sugar, she said she could make it sweeter if need be but it was perfect, just like her.,OK she needs a raise. She is an asset that should not be over looked.
