Phil called me back right away and was more concerned with how I found his information than the service needed. He scheduled a time to come to my home and give me an estimate, and did not show. He rescheduled, and didn't show up again, but told me he had an employee working across the street and provided a quote and scheduled a date. I contacted him the day of and he said he'd be out at noon. At 1:30 I contacted him asking if he needed to reschedule and Phil never responded. Don't bother, he's unreliable.

Extremely professional and top-notch service. The owner was punctual and called ahead confirming his arrival time. Once on-site, he was very respectful and did a superb job. He was very charismatic and was happy to indulge me in conversation while he cleaned all my interior windows in an almost artistic, mesmerizing way. We have been trying to cancel our services for almost 2 weeks now either the voicemail is full or no one ever gives a call back. It’s becoming very frustrating because there’s not an email address listed anywhere as a secondary contact. Please check your voicemails and return callers requesting to be contacted!
