No a fan of Phil's AT ALL! The office staff always seems annoyed when you call - from reception to dispatch. They seem to KNOW they have the "upper hand", especially when you are renting and the landlord has allowed them to put their own tanks on the property. You cannot order from any other distributor so there's NO incentive for them to treat the customer with any level of care and respect. If you're able to go so place else -GO!!!!!
They came through when we really needed it. Thanks Phil’s.
