He is the last person who you should call. He is a nice guy but terrible at investigating leaks and other issues. He goes by what customer says and does zero investigation. He also says one price and charges higher. Also talks way too much for someone so ordinary.
They were very friendly professional and took care of the issue properly and promptly.
Could not recommend Phil more! He's reliable, honest, and so knowledgeable/informed. I would (and have) rely on him for any plumbing related work. He helped us fix a leaking valve, faucet, and toilet tank. He is very professional and explains everything clearly.
