Love us some Marina Cafe!!! Great food, great atmosphere and great service!! Highly recommended!
Food was great as usual and our waitress (Nicole Foy) was fantastic!
I never post negative things on FB, but I want to share how I was treated at Phil's Marina in Slidell. After giving me the wrong side order, they brought out a plate and told me to scoop it on another plate with a fork and when I told the owner, he didn't apologize or offer to fix it, but instead saying if we didn't like it and didn't want to pay for the entree, he would call the police. I have never been treated so terribly at a restaurant. I will never go back.
My family and I always go to Phil's when we are in the area. We always have great service and enjoy wonderful food. We were there 07/15/17, everything was perfect except for a customer who was unhappy about her service. She stayed and whined and complained loudly for about 30 minutes, actually she was still there when we left. Instead of the mixed vegetables she wanted she received macaroni and cheese. The waitress apologized and got a plate for her to put the mac and cheese in, so she could get her the vegetables she wanted... read more
I love everything that I have ever eaten there. very good.
Fantastic food, ice cold beer, & a friendly wait staff is what you'll find at this legendary Northshore restaurant overlooking the Eden Isles Grand Lagoon. Seafood dishes & sandwiches of all types are available, as well as boiled crawfish, crabs, & shrimp (in season). Oyster, yep, Phil's has them, too! Typically noisy & a family friendly restaurant...
The staff was extremely friendly and courteous, and the food was fresh, hot and served quickly. Our server checked back frequently, but did not hover. Will definitely come here again!
Food was excellent as expected,service was even better!!
Food is always delicious. I love the laid back atmosphere too!
