Stopped for Saturday lunch on our way home to Biloxi from New Orleans. What a treat! We both had the catfish platter, everything was excellent. I highly recommend Phil’s based on this visit and we will be back!
First time dining there, everything was good. Sitting out in the back room overlooking the water is very relaxing. The waitress said the sunsets are amazing, we will have to come back sometime for dinner and check that out.
Great food. The Snapper Devereaux is delicious and I highly recommend.

Great view of water but that should be tipoff that food is not priority. Pat Dupuy, who is from New Orleans/Da Parish and has eaten crawfish for 50-plus years and has been boiling crawfish for 40, said they are worst he's ever had in Louisiana, where restaurants in business are supposed to know how to boil seafood. No taste whatsoever. Fried shrimp were very good, catfish acceptable, baked mac and cheese had potential but was literally hot and cold (in middle).
