The food and atmosphere were great!
I’ve just left Phil’s where we sat at the bar. We were there just over an hour. The waitress/bartender never once washed her hands or used hand sanitizer between helping people. When I asked her about it, she stated they had some and pointed at it sitting on the bar but she didn’t need to as she didn’t touch people. And that management hadn’t said anything about it. You may not have touched them but you’ve touched their dirty dishes and their money/cards, and then turned around and served someone else. Restaurants still want... read more

Never a disappointment. thoroughly enjoy it. I like looking at the water and the food is great. Services is always good. prices are good, I recommend this place
