Friendly, reliable, accommodating. We use as a GC in CT.
I've had Phil's out for repair and roof replacement, both flat and pitched, in Stamford CT and been satisfied with work and price.
We’ve been using Phil’s for over 20 years, he installed our roof on our commercial property and has maintained it since. He is a professional and a person of his word. Great service and very good customer care.
Needed some roof/gutter repair on a client's home and they responded quickly and got the job done in a timely manner. Our client was happy and so were we! Would definitely recommend!
