I've had Phil's out for repair and roof replacement, both flat and pitched, in Stamford CT and been satisfied with work and price.
We’ve been using Phil’s for over 20 years, he installed our roof on our commercial property and has maintained it since. He is a professional and a person of his word. Great service and very good customer care.
