The service for a fine steak house should be better. The dining room is beautiful. The restaurant wasn't sitting anyone in there. They sat everyone up front. Maybe to appear busy. The food was very good. The wine list was nice as well.
Very disappointing experience. The restaurant is extremely overpriced for the quality and service provided. Our server was not particularly friendly and came across as somewhat rude throughout the evening. One of the most frustrating parts was being charged $9 per bottle of water without it being clearly explained to us. We ended up paying $27 for three bottles of water that we neither expected nor specifically requested. The food was also a letdown. My family and I had one night in Vegas and were staying at the hotel Phil’s SteakHouse resides in. The food was delicious but the service was interesting, and not in any good way. When seated it was an hour before close, and the diner was near empty besides two other tables. We were dressed casually as were the guests at the other tables, the only mention of a dress code was on the host stand/not the google page when we booked our reservation. Out waiter Rick was amazing, the food delicious and they even made my birthday special. We also met Vickie and she suggested really good drinks for us to try. Definitely recommend checking this place out
I was in town for the premier global event for water professionals focusing on science, technology, and management in urban and basin-wide settings. After a full day of water related talks and exploring new products, myself and my fellow water enthusiasts were quite hungry!
