Traditional one-man barbershop. Does all of the old-time services such as straight/razor shaves. Every haircut ends with a razor shave.

Phil's Barbershop has been around since the 1960s under a variety of different ownerships. One thing has not changed--the great haircuts at great prices. The current owner offers all traditional services including shaves and haircuts for everybody.
