Family-owned and operated for more than 20 years. We serve the "best butts in Alabama." Our warm and friendly environment provides and inviting space for your total dining pleasure. Serving BBQ, ribs, chicken specialty sandwiches, and more. Try our home-brewed iced tea. We are thankful for all of our returning customers; you all have made Phil's what it is today! It's the only stop I make between Atlanta and my home in Florida
While living in Eufaula and Dawson Ga we came to Phil's and I fell in love with BBQ for the first time in my life. Never had any that was better anywhere!!! I sure miss it and tell everyone about how great it is. Mr Phil was super nice and we always enjoyed talking to him. I hope he is still there as I plan a visit in the near future. He gave us the recipe for some of his sauces as long as we didn't try to sell as our own and promised we would not and never have. Did make some but, it still didn't taste as good as his did. You have got to get this stuff in your mouth! You really need to try their wraps and on Friday they have the best steak sandwich you will ever get anywhere. They take their time cooking this Bbq but most of the time your food is waiting on you before you get your drink ready. You can tell they take pride in everything they make at Phil's , they truly do have the best butts' in Alabama!
