I would like to file a formal complaint against Phils Automotive. A few weeks ago (Oct 2018) the radiator fluid in my subaru forester started leaking on the ground and steaming up. The tow truck guy took me to Phil's Automotive on Fox Farm drive in Big Bear. Almost a week later, John, the lead mechanic told my husband that the radiator fan had seized and that the head gasket/ main cylinder was blown and that he had performed the block test three times and that it failed three times.
