I love that Phil’s Auto Service is honest and trustworthy! The rear brake lines on my car were leaking so I had it towed to Auto Nation (because it was the closest shop that AAA recommended). They said it would cost $5,000 to repair. My friends said I should take it to Phil’s so I paid $100 to have it towed there and he fixed it for less than $500!!! I will always take my car to Phil’s from now on. Thank you, Phil!
He’s the best! Honest, fair priced and fast. I feel like I’m in my hometown when I walk in his shop. Good people. ❤️
Just had some mods done to my sons 2018 Crosstrek. 5 stars all the way! Great staff! Clean waiting room. Job was done as promised and under budget. Loved that Phil didn’t try and sneak a extra few dollars, he is a man of his word. Will definitely be back for more service. Great job Phil!
I noticed my gas tank was leaking, and being new to the The Woodland/Spring area, I just looked up the closest auto place near me. I’m so happy I went to Phil’s place. He looked at my car free of charge and then told me my options. I ended up needing to replace my gas tank and he quoted me new and used. We decided on used and he took the time to call around to find someone that had a tank available. He drove across town to pick it up and installed it quickly. What do you do when your gas peddle gets stuck while getting off the freeway and your plummeting to your doom? First, break drop call into neutral, then turn off car.....After that give Phil a call! Been coming to this man for 12 year now (maybe more). Back when my wife Kristen Lynn Mays were college poor. This shop has always taken great care of us even when funds were tight. I have had my car serviced by Phil and his honest staff at least three times. Thursday he replaced my battery and alternator, changed my oil and rotated my tires in a reasonable amount of time and a MOST REASONABLE price. As a single woman not knowing about cars, I can say that I always feel comfortable with Phil's Auto Service. In other words, I don't feel as though I am getting ripped off. I highly recommend this business as one with integrity!
