Very poor customer service. I was asking simple questions about 2 vehicles to purchase for my kid they had since I was an hour away and if they could send pictures and gentleman was extremely rude He lost out on $4,000 because of his attitude. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY
The mechanic was friendly, knowledgeable and didn't try to get me to get services I didn't need. My car was done in a reasonable timeframe for a fair price. Will definitely go back.
I was interested in buying a ford suv. Tom was very dishonest. Claimed he couldn't do a better price on the 2015 vehicle. Claimed he had "9000.00" in repairs. Showed me a repairs list of a 2014 that he had sold, but forgot to match the mileage up... then fessed he put four used tires and back brake pads on my vehicle of interest .
